To facilitate capacity building of local Government Authorities and other stakeholders for the sustainable social- economic development of the community while inter-linking with sector Ministries and adhering to good governance
VISION
To be an efficient,competent, and dedicated technical resource for supporting development initiatives of local Government Authorities and other stakeholders to enable them provide quality services to the people,practice good governance and link between central Government and Local Government Authorities
